Full-Time Student Liaison Role

Become a key advocate for students as a Student Liaison in the Office of Human Rights and Conflict Management. This role focuses on creating equitable service across campuses.
As a full-time, two-year appointment, you will work with departments in Waterloo and Brantford, addressing critical issues such as discrimination and gendered violence. This position demands a proactive approach to support students, manage conflicts, and develop educational materials. Engage with numerous student organizations to promote awareness and resources regarding human rights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address harassment and discrimination through triage services
• Develop and deliver educational programming on human rights
• Facilitate group dialogues for conflict resolution
• Collaborate with student collectives to foster engagement
• Create awareness materials for students in need
Requirements:
