Full Time Restaurant Manager

We are currently seeking a full time Restaurant Manager to join our team at Eggspot North Perth. The position is full time. For a successful candidate an annual salary of $75k to $85k + superannuation will be offered.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
2. Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure seamless service and operational efficiency.
3. Recruit, hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
4. Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage by assigning tasks, coordinating work shifts, timetables, and staff leave.
