We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented professional to support lead conversion, CRM operations, and sales process optimization. This role focuses on efficiently managing leads from first contact through conversion while ensuring accurate system tracking and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CRM systems and maintain lead databases
• Qualify inbound leads and assign sales stages
• Process, tag, and route leads for drip campaigns and follow-ups
• Nurture leads via email and SMS until conversion
• Coordinate appointments and reassign leads to agents
• Monitor agent activity and track daily performance
• Build reports, dashboards, and trackers in Google Sheets
