- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs)
- Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
