Take charge of patient care coordination in the Hemodialysis unit at Kelowna General Hospital. This permanent full-time role operates from 07:00 to 15:00, focusing on specialized kidney care.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll ensure exceptional patient experiences and collaborate closely with the nursing staff. Candidates must have a Nephrology Nursing Certificate and demonstrate leadership abilities. You will also engage in reviewing operational practices to enhance patient care quality, while supervising the interdisciplinary team.
