The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing basic maintenance for the properties we manage throughout the Petersburg/Colonial Heights/ Lawrenceville area. Strong candidate will bring a full range of knowledge (including but not limited to) general handyman skills, plumbing, carpentry, dry walling, painting, landscaping, and HVAC. The position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of our organization.

Provide basic maintenance for managed properties as assigned
Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
Perform work in a timely manner
