                What You'll Do  
Pass meds and provide excellent resident care  
Monitor changes and communicate with the care team  
Chart like a champion  
Support STNAs and work together as a team  
Build real relationships with residents and families  
Survive occasional Where's my call light? marathons with humor and grace  
Schedule  
Full-time  
12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a)  
Work 3 days a week and enjoy more days off  
Weekend rotation required

What We're Looking For  Active LPN license  
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented  
Skilled in multitasking and staying calm under pressure  
Long-term care or nursing home experience preferred
