A Lead Backer at Cyberbacker plays a key role in managing, organizing, and optimizing the lead generation and conversion process. You will ensure that every lead is properly tracked, nurtured, and directed to the right stage of the sales pipeline.



This role is ideal for tech-savvy, detail-oriented individuals who excel in systems, structure, and fast-paced operational support.



Key Responsibilities

Manage leads and maintain CRM accuracy and organization

Respond to CRM issues and coordinate support through the hotline

Assist agents with CRM-related questions and provide basic training when needed

Handle inbound leads and determine their stage in the buying/selling journey

Process and qualify leads through tagging, drip campaigns, and communication triggers (welcome texts/emails)

Assign and reassign leads to agents based on readiness and appointment status
