Full Time Landscaper

Overview:
**Salary Details:** $26.50/hour

**Job Status/Type:** Full-time, year-round, union. Must be willing to join the Local 480 Laborers Union

**Position Level:** Entry level

The landscaper supports the maintenance and beautification of park grounds, including lawns, flowerbeds, and landscaped areas. This role requires operating equipment, performing seasonal work, and ensuring a safe, clean, and guest-friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Prepare lawns for seeding and fertilizing of lawns throughout the park property.
+ Prepare flower beds for planting annuals.
+ Weed mulch beds
+ Applies various pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers.
+ Prune trees, shrubs, and flowers
+ Maintain lawns
+ Spring and fall cleanup of all landscape
+ Snow removal
+ Operate various types of equipment such as mowers, edgers, tractors, chain saws etc.
