As a Human Resources Administrative Assistant, you will report directly to the Human Resources Manager. This position requires a post-secondary diploma in Human Resources along with a minimum of two years’ experience, preferably in a governmental environment. This role encompasses various administrative tasks, from creating job postings to maintaining employee files.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle recruitment tasks including job postings and applications
• Schedule and manage interviews effectively
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees
• Update and maintain the employee file system
• Process requests for business cards and name tags
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources
• At least 2 years of HR experience
