Full-Time Epilepsy Clinical Coordinator

Join the team at the Krembil Brain Institute as a Full-Time Epilepsy Clinical Coordinator. This role focuses on patient management and coordination within the epilepsy program.

As a temporary full-time role, you will apply your specialized knowledge of epilepsy to facilitate effective patient care management. You'll coordinate treatment plans, support patients with complex needs, and engage in developing best practice guidelines. This is a key role in improving the quality of care for individuals with epilepsy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for patients in the EMU journey
• Collaborate to establish and implement new policies
• Lead initiatives for quality improvement and patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures
• Document and track clinical data to support care
