Serve the Líl̓wat community as a Cultural Safety Officer in a vital full-time role. Support cultural integrity and safety across project sites while enhancing team communication.
In this 15-month term with Líl̓wat Management Services, you will report directly to the Human Resources Manager. Your role will involve transporting workers, addressing concerns during daily operations, and creating a culturally aware environment. Expect a hands-on approach that encourages early intervention and positive worker experiences through cultural teachings.
