AS MALHI ENTERPRISES PTY LTD T/A DELARAY & CO is looking for a qualified and experienced Full-time Chef to join our team.

Salary Range - $75,000 to $85,000

Business Location - Clyde North VIC 3978

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and cook dishes in line with our menu standards and recipes
2. Ensure all food is prepared, handled, and stored in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations
3. Cater for special dietary requirements and customer requests where needed
4. Plate and present meals to a consistently high standard
5. Monitor and regulate oven, stove, and equipment temperatures to ensure proper cooking results
