Full-Time Associate, Commercial Insurance

Acera Insurance is looking for a full-time Associate in Commercial Insurance to support its team in Salmon Arm, Kelowna, or Vernon, BC. This role is key to processing insurance documents and client communications effectively.
In this position, you will provide vital support to the Commercial Client Advisor and Client Executive. Your contributions will include invoicing premiums, preparing certificates of insurance, and managing claims reporting. You must adapt to client needs, ensure accurate documentation, and participate actively in discussions on service improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in team meetings to review client requirements
• Respond to client inquiries through various communication channels
• Issue certificates, renewals, and proposals systematically
