Full-Time Activity Aide for VON

Provide engaging support in the Adult Day Program as a full-time Activity Aide at VON. Collaborate with clients and team members to implement and enhance activity plans.
As a full-time Activity Aide, you will take part in the Adult Day Program, helping clients through tailored activities. Your role involves developing service plans, assisting with daily living activities, and participating in social and recreational programs. You will work closely with the Recreational Therapist and other staff to foster a safe and inclusive environment for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement service plans for clients
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living as needed
• Participate in group activities for client engagement
• Collaborate in safety measures and risk management
• Utilize volunteers to enhance program effectiveness
Requirements:
• Diploma in health care or related field
• 1-2 years experience in Adult Day Services
