This role requires a strong hands‑on leader who excels in system design, integration, and mentoring, while contributing significantly to code delivery and cross‑team alignment.

Job Responsibilities

• Contribute 60% hands‑on coding while leading technical direction and architecture across squads.
• Mentor engineers in system design, NoSQL modeling, integration patterns, and testing strategies.
