Full stack Java Developer (with Angular) LWT2822

Job Title

A company based in Midrand / Menlyn is looking for a Full stack Java Developer (Angular) to join their team on a long-term renewable contract working hybrid .

Job Description

Duties:

• At least 5 years knowledge and experience in Java development including version control (Git)
• Knowledge of Kafka or other streaming platforms or messaging systems (e.g., MQTT)
• Kubernetes/Microservice Architecture
• Proficiency in UI frameworks (e.g., Angular version 9 or higher)
• Development of backend and frontend user stories
• Actively participate in all regular Scrum ceremonies
• Contribute to the refinement of user stories
• Liaise with stakeholders and team members
• Pro-active knowledge sharing, mentoring, and coaching
• Clarify open points and develop prototypes for further discussion
