Essential Skills:

• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and third parties to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
• Participate in 24x7 support of high-critical applications (rotational support once every 7–8 weeks)
