Full Stack Growth Marketer

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Growth Marketer who has run paid performance campaigns end-to-end across Google, Meta, and Instagram for a B2B SaaS company and can take complete ownership of driving pipeline and revenue from paid channels.

This role is not about “campaign execution only.” It’s about strategy, experimentation, analytics, and scalable growth. You’ll be responsible for turning paid media into a predictable, performance-driven demand engine.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Media & Growth Ownership

• Own paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and retargeting platforms — strategy, execution, optimization, and scale
• Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns: awareness, consideration, lead generation, retargeting, and conversion
• Build performance campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers (CMOs, Heads of E-commerce, Marketing, Creative, etc.)
