Job Description

• Primary focus will be both front-end and back-end development tasks
• Build reusable code, boilerplates and libraries for future use
• Implement secure and well-documented frontend and APIs
• Assess product specifications, then provide technical recommendations based on efficiency, best practices, and latest trends
• Collaborate with the product, UI/UX, and client-facing application development teams to align specifications
• Continuously improve applications based on business demands and customer feedback
• Lead and manage a team of backend developers across multiple projects
• Assess and upskill backend developers managed through regular code reviews and learning sessions
