Key Responsibilities

• Coach and lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Act as a specialist expert with strong industry knowledge to mentor the team.

• Resolve delivery pipeline issues and manage delivery risks.
• Participate in coordinated planning sessions and provide effort estimates for IT initiatives.
