Job Overview

Our customer is looking for a senior level Fullstack liaison developer to take ownership of a specialized product support assignment. Customer has promised and committed to provide high-quality support and maintenance for this product for the next few years.

The core requirement of this role is not just technical; it is about managing a challenging environment, structuring support requests and maintaining a clear roadmap for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for the Product Manager and Support Engineers. Manage expectations and provide a transparent view of progress.
• Maintain and improve the product’s UI (ReactJS, TypeScript) and Backend (NodeJS).
• DevOps Ownership: Ensure infrastructure stability, security and smooth deployments using Kubernetes, Helm and GitHub Actions.
