Job Summary

ConnectX is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain CRM systems and business applications built on Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft frameworks. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of both frontend and backend development, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business needs.

This role requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently across the full application lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Application & CRM Development

·      Expertise in Microsoft 365 suite (Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams) and Dynamics 365 CRM customization and extension (Design and development)

·      Build end to end solutions, handling both frontend and backend development.
