Full Stack Developer ( MERN )

Skillset:

● Strong proficiency in full stack development (NOSQL, React , Next.js, Lambda)

● Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and integration patterns

● Experience working with CRMs (Insightly preferred, Salesforce/HubSpot acceptable)

● Strong debugging, performance optimisation, and architectural skills

● Cloud experience (AWS required)

● Ability to understand sales workflows, operations processes, and multi-stage pipelines

● Strong communication—clear documentation, structured thinking, and internal stakeholder coordination

● Ability to convert ambiguous requirements into structured system designs

Experience:

● 4+years of full-stack engineering experience

● Must have delivered at least one end-to-end CRM or workflow automation project

● Must have experience in Zoho CRM or Salesforce CRM or Hubspot CRM or Oddo CRM.
