Full Stack Developer

Communities.Tech is a Texas-based company building and scaling web products that streamline hiring workflows in the construction industry. You'll work end-to-end across frontend and backend alongside engineers, Project/Product, and QA.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship features across the stack using (TypeScript) and

• Design and implement REST APIs, integrations, and realtime features (Socket.IO where needed)

• Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling and query performance

• Build/maintain background jobs and workflows using Redis + BullMQ

• Support search/indexing use cases with Elasticsearch

• Write tests, participate in code review, and improve reliability/performance across the platform

• Collaborate closely with Product/Design to turn requirements into scalable solutions
