Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper for an ongoing temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is responsible for overseeing the full scope of day-to-day bookkeeping functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounting processes independently.

+ Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity

+ Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts

+ Prepare and issue invoices, post payments, and track outstanding receivables

+ Process payroll or support payroll-related entries as needed

+ Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting
