Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations for a property-focused organization in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating payroll-related data, and producing timely reporting that supports sound business decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong bookkeeping expertise, attention to detail, and hands-on experience managing both transactional accounting and month-end financial activities.

Responsibilities:
• Record and apply daily cash receipts and deposits accurately to maintain current and reliable account balances.
• Prepare journal entries and ensure supporting documentation is complete, organized, and compliant with accounting standards.
