JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the company’s overall financial operations. The position involves managing transactions, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams and international offices to maintain compliance and efficiency in financial processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions
• Prepare and maintain financial statements
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Prepare and issue invoices
• Record and update transactions using accounting software (QuickBooks)
• Manage accounting for multiple entities
• Assist in day-to-day transactional accounting requirements
