Your Mission
  • Lead with purpose: Guide warehouse operations end-to-end—safety, housekeeping, 5S/Lean, on-time delivery, production efficiency and effectiveness, cost control, inventory accuracy, shipping, receiving, and compliance—while fostering a positive, growth-minded culture.
  • Grow great teams: Partner with the Operations Manager and HR to hire, evaluate, and develop talent. Set measurable objectives aligned to Operations, UPM, and ONI strategic objectives. Conduct annual reviews, create individualized development/training plans, and address performance or behavior issues swiftly and fairly.
