Fulfillment Lead

Sola Wood Flowers is hiring a Fulfillment Lead to join our growing team at our Monterrey, Mexico facility.

In this position, you'll help run the daily order fulfillment, packing, and shipping operations on the floor. Working hand-in-hand with our operations group, you'll make sure every order goes out accurately and on schedule, all while keeping our workspace tidy, well-organized, and running smoothly.

We're flexible on background. Candidates with anywhere from 2 to 5+ years of relevant experience are welcome to apply. Some exposure to warehousing, order fulfillment, or light manufacturing is a plus, but it's not a deal-breaker. What matters most is your drive, your work ethic, and how you mesh with our culture.
