About the position:
You will be supporting the European Food Safety and Quality department for external factories and suppliers while developing to your fullest potential within this internship.
Assignments and key activities:
Consumer & Customer Complaint Management: You will be responsible for managing and resolving consumer and customer complaints. Ensuring management and resolving in a timely and professional manner. You will be the technical bridge between our consumer- and customer service teams and the producing facilities.
Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement: You will perform and review root cause analyses to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
Team: you will support and communicate with the external manufacturer team on data analysis and complaint management.
