We are recruiting a Senior Legal Counsel to join their NORDIC team and be responsible for managing channel contracts and channel compliance (i.e. distribution, OEMs and resellers).

You will be responsible for delivery of legal and compliance services. You will operate as a key business partner to provide strategic support and advice, working on a wide range of channel related commercial and compliance matters including:

• Preparing and reviewing contracts and terms and conditions
• Supporting negotiations, preparing templates, providing claims support and overseeing litigations
• Helping to ensure compliance with applicable laws and Group policies...
