We are seeking Hotel Front Officer to join our team in Teluk Intan, Perak. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. As a Front Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting guests and managing reservation, payment, check-in, check-out and enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
• Quality Check room to ensure high standard of cleanliness.
• Collaborating with other departments if necessary to ensure a seamless guest experience.
