We are partnering with a leading front office equities platform investing heavily in AI-enabled trading capabilities. This is a high-impact, desk-facing role sitting directly alongside traders, execution teams, and revenue generators.
This is not a back-office transformation project.
This is front office. Revenue-linked. Commercially critical.
You will work within a strong equities FO Team, owning product and workflow optimisation across execution channels. The focus is improving trader efficiency, execution quality, and monetisation through smarter technology and tighter workflow design.
You'll be the bridge between trading and technology — translating real desk pain points into clear, deliverable product requirements.
