Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Bellman is responsible in acknowledging, welcomes and departs all guests/visitors arriving to/from the hotel, providing assistance with guests' luggage. Ensuring all guest luggage is delivered to room / brought down from room and not left unattended. Thorough knowledge of all hotel services and amenities. Performs daily responsibilities to the hotel’s standard. Performs the daily responsibilities of these positions and assists where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests/visitors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Secondary school or equivalent
