Front Office Application Support / SRE

The team

You will join the Sales IT functional support / SRE team, working closely with Asia Sales desks, platform development teams, and global technology partners. The team supports both regional and global users, with a strong focus on service quality, stability, and continuous improvement.

The position

We are looking for a Sales IT Support / SRE professional to support and enhance critical Sales IT systems in Asia. This role combines first-line support, production monitoring, technical analysis, and DevOps-oriented delivery to improve platform resilience and operational efficiency.
