As aFront of House Team Member/ Receptionist at our gym, you’ll bring great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. You’re flexible, motivated and you show plenty of initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
As a Member of the Front of House Team / Receptionist, you will:
Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club
Support the smooth running of our reception, including demonstrating attention to detail and initiative
