Front of House Manager

Requirements

• RSA ID and legal residence essential
• Previous experience as a Front Office Manager, Guest Relations Manager, Front of House Manager, Boutique Hotel Manager, or similar luxury hospitality role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent guest relations and communication abilities
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Experience training, mentoring, and developing hospitality teams
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the role
• Exceptional attention to detail and service standards
• Professional presentation and guest-focused approach
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Creative problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Valid Driver's License advantageous
• Hospitality qualification advantageous
