**Pay Range:** $16.00- $19.55

**SUMMARY**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

To greet, make eye contact and “Thank” each guest that you service. Responsible for delivering a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience, that meets our guests’ expectations. Responsible for projecting oneself in a professional manner in accordance with our dress code and personal grooming policy. Responsible for working in a safe manner and for ensuring that the Front End is kept neat and clean at all times in accordance with our policies and procedures. Responsible for assisting Customer Service Team Leader and Assistant Customer Service Team Leader in the supervision and management of Front End activities. Responsible for training and coaching Front End teammates in order to ensure that we are delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our guests.
