Rates:

360 Operative - £23ph CIS

Skilled Groundworker - £21ph CIS

Groundworker - £19ph CIS

Hours: 8 hours a day (Monday-Friday)

Contract: 5 months’ worth

Nelson Permanent Placements are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Front End Groundworks Gang to start on a new build homes site in Leominster (HR6).

There are approx. 60-70 plots homes to work on (with 3 men in each gang consisting of a 360 Operative, a Skilled Groundworker and a Groundworker.

Front End Groundworks Gang

* A Valid CPCS 360 Excavator Licence (360 Op)
A Valid CSCS Card (Groundworkers)

* 2-3 years’ experience as a 360 Op or Groundworker (within New Build Residential settings)

* Your own PPE (a Hard Hat, Hi Vis Vest and Safety Boots).
