Patient Services Representative (willing to train!)
Location: Delaware, OH (onsite not remote)
Schedule:
M/W: 7-4
T/THUR: 10-7
Fridays: 7-4
Pay Rate: $18/hr

Description

+ Warmly greet every patient with eye contact, a smile, and a positive statement

+ Guide and explain new patients through paperwork and be a resource for any questions they may have

+ Patient Registration

+ insurance authorizations and verifications

+ Collect co-pays

+ Excellent customer service

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Must have at least 1+ years working in a medical front desk/general front desk/customer service rep type role.

+ Must have excellent customer service in person and over the phone

+ Must be able to multitask and manage heavy workload

+ Must have strong computer skills
