What you will be doing:
Guest Interaction: Welcome, greet and address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Assist in the check-in and check-out process. Ensure all necessary documentation and payments are properly processed.
System and Data Management: Operate booking and reservation systems. Ensure accurate input of guest data and transactions. Prepare reports as required (e.g., occupancy, cash register reports).
Personalized Service: Create a personalized experience for each guest by their preferences and special requests. Handle VIP guests and ensure that their specific needs are met to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
