Fresher - Hiring For Telecom Technician

Key Responsibilities:- LAN cable laying and RJ45 termination- OFC laying (Overhead / Underground) and basic fiber splicing- Installation & configuration of routers, switches, access points- CCTV installation (DVR/NVR/IP cameras)- OTDR testing, power meter testing, LAN testing- Troubleshooting broadband and leased line (ILL) issues- Daily reporting and documentationRequired Skills:- Knowledge of Cat6 & OFC laying (OH, UG & IBD)- Basic understanding of IP addressing and networking- Ability to use OTDR, crimping tool, LAN tester, etc.- Willingness for pole climbing and ladder work- Good communication skills- Two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory). (4-Wheeler licence will be an added advantage)Qualification & Experience:- ITI / Diploma (Electronics / Electrical / Computer Networking / Telecom)- 1-5 years of relevant field experience
