**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT systems, software, and hardware.
- Escalate unresolved problems to appropriate teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a customer service or IT support role is a plus.
Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
