Job Description
Answer inbound chat, covering a full range of Clients products and services including obtaining all information necessary for resolution.
Be knowledgeable of all Client marketing initiatives and effectively communicate promotions to customers.All other duties as assignedFollow standard processes and procedures;Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;Redirect problems to appropriate resource;Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers and client’s business;Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary; Job Qualifications:
Effective French oral & writing communication skills.Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customersMust be able to prioritize and complete all job duty requirements
