About the Role

As a Freight Operator, you’ll complete a comprehensive training program combining theory and hands-on experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing shunting and yard duties (including cleaning)
• Examining and certifying trains for departure readiness
• Conducting brake tests
• Safely unloading customer products
• Communicating effectively with depot personnel (face-to-face and via two-way radio)
