Responsibilities:
- Manual moving and stacking of products from tractor trailers and overseas containers.
- Organizing and separating different product.
- Checking for damage and verifying counts.
- Wrapping finished pallet stacks and moving them with a pallet jack or forklift.
Job Details:
We perform at an efficient pace, not a milk the clock hourly rate. The more work you are able to accomplish in the shift, the more you will make. Training is the first 3 assignments and is paid at $15/hr.
After training, you become part of the revenue percentage pool. Your earning percentage increases with the longevity of employment, at 30, 90, 120, 365 days, and 2 years. The average rate at the incoming percentage comes out to be between $17 and $25/hr, depending on the location, workload, and number of staff necessary to complete the job.
