Your New Role- Import Operator
- Lodge Sea Cargo Report/Under bonds
- Check pre-alert documents for the registration process.
- Send arrival notifications/pre-alerts to clients, outside brokers, and the transportation department.
- Check transshipments for confirmed vessels or ETD dates and update the system accordingly.
- Pay shipping line / co-load invoices 5 days out to ETA
- Identify any discrepancies on a payable invoice
