Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, sea, and land shipments
• Assist with import/export documentation and customs clearance
• Liaise with clients, carriers, and service providers
• Track shipments and provide timely updates
• Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in freight forwarding or customs clearance
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in logistics systems and MS Office
