This role involves managing the full shipment lifecycle for e-commerce cargo—from origin to final mile delivery—while ensuring compliance, timeliness, and excellent coordination with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate air freight shipments from origin to delivery.
• Ensure full TSA compliance and act as the audit point of contact.
• Manage bookings, airway bills, tracking, and ground coordination.
• Resolve service issues and maintain proactive communication with partners.
• Collaborate with airline cargo teams, ground handlers, and internal teams.

Required Experience

• Min 1 year as a Planner in a Freight Forwarder, focused on air freight.
